Merve Müfreze

Merve is an undergraduate student in the Department of Plant Protection at the Faculty of Agriculture, Ankara University. Her long-standing curiosity about science has guided her toward molecular-level research, and she has recently begun her academic training at the Molecular Entomology Laboratory (MOLEN). Her primary interests lie at the intersection of molecular biology and entomology, with a strong emphasis on experimental design and research methodology. In addition to her studies at Ankara University, Merve is a graduate of Hacettepe University’s Department of Science Education, which has strengthened her ability to both conduct scientific research and communicate complex concepts effectively. Outside the laboratory, she enjoys reading scientific literature, observing nature, and producing biology-focused content.
