Two papes of Umut were just reported to be in the list of “most donwloaded articles of Journal of Insect Physiology” in the last 90 days. One article is the “Role of the peritrophic matrix in insect-pathogen interactions” by Martin A. Erlandson, Umut Toprak, Dwayne D. Hegedus. The other article is the famous lepidopteran-RNAi article “RNA interference in Lepidoptera: An overview of successful and unsuccessful studies and implications for experimental design” by Olle Terenius et al.
