The organization committee of the XII European Congress of Entomology, which will be held in Heraklion, Crete, Greece on 16-20 October 2023, is working hard to deliver a high-quality meeting for a memorable experience! The congress is organized by the Hellenic Entomological Society and chaired by Drs. Emmanouil Roditakis and Stefanos Andreadis. The organization comittee includes 12 scientists from 5 different countries, namely Prof. Aristidis Economopoulos (University of Crete, Greece), Prof. Dimitrios Koveos (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece), Dr Panagiotis Milonas (Benaki Phytopathological Institute, Greece), Dr Archie Murchie (Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute, Northern Ireland), Dr Ralf Nauen (Bayer AG, Germany), Prof. Nikolaos Papadopoulos (University of Thessaly, Greece), Prof. Fransesco Penacchio (University of Naples, Italy), Dr Emmanouil Roditakis (Hellenic Mediterranean University, Greece), Dr Alvin Simmons (USDA-ARS, USA), Dr Anastasia Tsagkarakou (Hellenic Agricultural Organization “DIMITRA”, Greece ), Prof. Ioannis Vontas (Agricultural University of Athens, Greece) and Umut (Ankara University, Turkey)!
