The MOLEN PI, Dr. Umut Toprak will be delivering an invited talk at the Dept. of Entomology, Michigan State University on Tuesday April 9, 2024. The title of Umut’s talk is “A new model to study non-alcoholic fatty liver syndrome and obesity: The Colorado potato beetle”. Umut will be talking on their recent studies on Non-alcoholic fatty liver syndrome (NASH) and the glucagon-like peptite agonist developed in Molen for therapeutics of NASH.
